Employee Spotlight: Tracy Clayton

For January's #EmployeeSpotlight, we are excited to feature Tracy Clayton, Financial Service Manager at our new Thornblade Financial Center in Greenville.

Here are a few fun facts about Tracy:
 

• Tracy recently discovered her love for painting after receiving new supplies for Christmas. She finds it a relaxing and therapeutic way to clear her mind and unwind.
• She is passionate about building strong relationships within the Upstate community. She's determined to help her team exceed expectations and make our new financial center a success.
• Tracy's favorite financial tip is to monitor your credit report and credit score. Having learned the importance firsthand, she emphasizes how it can reduce stress and build a solid financial foundation.
• Her coworkers describe her as headstrong, creative, and influential. Tracy remains calm under pressure, helps others, inspires her team to do their best, and makes work fun with her creative ideas and friendly competitions.
• Tracy says South Carolina Federal is the best place she's ever worked! She appreciates the organization's genuine care for employees and often sees the "People Helping People" philosophy in action – not just with members, but among coworkers, too!
• Tracy is truly passionate about traveling and loves every part of it. From planning trips to experiencing new cultures, she loves exploring new places and creating unforgettable memories.
