Employee Spotlight: Shaquan Jones

For December's #EmployeeSpotlight, we are excited to feature Shaquan Jones, Contact Center Support Manager at South Carolina Federal.

Here are a few fun facts about Shaquan:

• Shaquan previously worked at our Goose Creek location as a Financial Service Manager. She recently stepped into her new role in the Contact Center and enjoys getting to know her team and building connections remotely.
• If Shaquan were to design an ugly Christmas sweater, it would feature a glowing snow globe filled with cotton ball "snow" and glittery snowflakes.
• While Beyoncé is Shaquan's favorite artist, her go-to song is "Beauty" by Dru Hill – perfect for belting out in the car or while getting ready.
• If she could have any superpower, Shaquan would choose the ability to fly. She's often impatient when it comes to traveling and would love to explore the world from above while connecting with nature.
• Her favorite part about working at South Carolina Federal is the people. She loves the camaraderie and how her team comes together like family – having fun while staying focused and getting the job done.
