Employee Spotlight: Charles Hubbard

In honor of the Charleston Dragon Boat Festival tomorrow, our next #EmployeeSpotlight is Charles Hubbard, Vice President of Asset Protection at South Carolina Federal. Here are a few fun facts about Charles:
 

• Following his own battle with cancer, Charles discovered Dragon Boat Charleston in 2015. He eagerly participates in the festival every year as a coach to raise awareness, support other survivors, and prepare his credit union family for the races. 
• If he could only eat one food for the rest of his life, Charles would choose chocolate cake with buttercream icing. 
• One of Charles' most treasured vacation experiences was his trip to Alaska with his mom in 2015. They enjoyed their trip so much the first time, they went back the following year on a cruise!
• After a long day, his favorite way to unwind is to enjoy a peaceful evening with his adorable furry friends – they never fail to put a smile on his face.
