Our member experience scores consistently surpass industry standards, reflecting our dedication to excellence in every interaction. The level of service provided in our financial centers and by our contact center has been recognized as best-in-class, with scores higher than 75% of credit unions nationwide*.

To ensure we maintain a comprehensive understanding of member sentiment, we continually analyze our Google reviews. This process involves monitoring ratings, actively engaging with members to better understand their experiences, and identifying areas for improvement. I am proud to report that for the third year in a row, all of our financial centers have maintained 4+ star ratings throughout 2023.

This consistent performance is a reflection of our commitment to excellence, ability to adapt, and desire to serve you well. It demonstrates that our efforts to listen and enhance our processes are resonating with you, our members, and reinforcing the trust and confidence you place in us.
