Through South Carolina Federal's Education Assistance benefit, I was able to obtain my Bachelor's degree, and I've been provided with opportunities to grow and develop. The HPE (High Potential Employee) program and the Financial Center Manager Development Program were also beneficial for my development, but even better are the relationships I have built with people I consider mentors. We are a family at South Carolina Federal.
One of the best aspects of working for South Carolina Federal is the opportunity for career growth. I started as a part-time teller in 2010 while I was still in college and have been able to advance in my career to become a team lead.
